If you are looking for something a little more personal than the “BIG WHITE WEDDING”, then we have what you are looking for. Here on our 80 acre spread, we can offer you a fresh new approach to elegance. The grounds at Orchard Hill have been specifically laid out to cater to outdoor weddings. The backyard is perfect for a wedding centered on the gazebo. The yard is arranged to create an outside room with gardens on all sides, and the gazebo as the focal point. For smaller weddings, the chairs can be set on any of four sides of the gazebo depending on the time of day and position of the sun. For large weddings, chairs can be placed all the way around the gazebo for a true wedding in the round. With seating on all sides, each moment is extraordinarily shared with all your special guests.

The rustic arbor is even more beautiful when decorated and forms the perfect processional aisle for the bride. The lush plantings and hanging blooms in season create a truly memorable start to your special day.

After the wedding, we have a large patio perfect for drinks and hors dorves. The guests can mingle while sipping wine and taking in the spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. With the installation of wood floor panels, the patio can quickly turn into a finishes floor for that special First Dance and fun dance party til the wee hours of the night.

We have space adjacent to the house and ceremony grounds large enough to set up tents for a sit down dinner and reception. This tiered space allows for installation of up to two large tents and covered seating adequate for as many as 250 guests. The long colonnade porch adjacent to this space is perfect for a sit down dinner buffet.

We believe that this is your big day and that day should be as special as it can be. We want to give the bride and groom as many options as possible while using our facility. Therefore we do not require you to purchase any food, alcohol or services through us, or use any predetermined caterers. We are happy to work with any caterer, photographer, or any other service provider of YOUR choice to make this day as special as it can be. We are here to provide a gorgeous venue for your own unique and personal event.

OUTSIDE WEDDING - PRICING PACKAGES

All outside Wedding packages include use of the common spaces in the entire house as well as the grounds from noon until midnight the day of the wedding. If you do not see a package that meets your specific needs, we will be happy to custom tailor a package to your desires. Contact us with your specifics for a wedding quote!

Wedding for 30-80 guests - $1800.00  to  $2200.00

Add-on Room packages

• For the night of the wedding, all 4 suites in the house can be rented for a total of $400.00 as an add-on to any wedding package. Breakfast will be provided for up to ten people the following morning.
• For the night before the wedding, the house can be used for the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and all 4 suites in the house can be used for overnight guests for a total of $500.00 as an add-on to any wedding package. Breakfast will be provided for up to ten people the following morning.

Rooms & Rates

Optional Amenities and services: Optional amenities can be added on to any of these packages at a per unit rate. Please inquire as to the cost of each item

• Bar high tables and linens can be used for a cocktail hour or finger food in place of, or in addition to dinner seating tables.
• A wood dance floor can be installed on the back patio for the reception dance.
• Tent sides can be installed if the weather becomes too blustery or if there is a chance of rain.
• Valet parking can be provided for your guests convenience and to add a sense of refinement.
